Returning Your Order

 

Our Carcoon EVO, Bike Bubble and Veloce Return Policy is as follows: 

We have a 50% restocking fee on any USED  EVO, Bike Bubble or Veloce and a 30% restocking fee on any NEW EVO, Bike Bubble or Veloce and it’s equipment. This will be applied to all returns, no exceptions will be considered. The Carcoon must be accompanied by the receipt and returned in excellent condition and in original box, unsoiled and undamaged.  You must notify in writing within 30 days of receiving the Carcoon for authorization and the process in which to follow. No returns will be accepted for special order items. Any shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.  Once received back into inventory an inspection will be done then a refund less the restocking fee will be submitted for payment. Please allow 10 business days to process. 

 

Our Workstation Return policy is as follows:

We have a 50% restocking fee on any Used Workstation and equipment. And a 30% restocking fee on any NEW returned Workstation and its equipment. This will be applied to all returns, no exceptions will be considered. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving the Workstation of a return in writing for authorization and the process to follow. Any shipping charges will not be refunded and the return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.  Once received back into inventory an inspection will be done then a refund less the restocking fee will be submitted for payment. Please allow 10 business days to process.  

 

Follow these steps for prompt response.

*Return of any item(s) must be pre-approved via email or telephone, to info@carcoonamerica.com or 866-910-0899.

*Customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred to return the item(s). Freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

*Please return the product clearly labeled in the original shipping package. If you have discarded the original shipping package, you may return your order in a clearly labeled package that protects the product.

*The Customer is responsible for any damages or loss of package(s) during return shipment.

*Please include the original receipt, if you have discarded the original receipt, contact us via email or telephone for further guidelines.

*Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) and your return is accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible.

 

Cancellations of orders:

We are committed to a strict order process; there is little time for cancellations. Please contact us within 10 business days in writing or telephone to cancel any ordered item. We will do our best to cancel the order, if the item is currently in production, no cancellation can be done. Absolutely no special order items can be cancelled at any point.

IF the order has not yet been implemented onto production, we will be able to proceed with cancellation. IF your payment has been made a refund will be processed within 10 business days less 10% cancellation fee. IF your payment has not been paid, we will not charge your card a cancellation fee.
